I'll warn you right away. It is extremely easy to get lost in this level. There are twists and turns everywhere. This walkthrough probably won't make much sense just by reading it. Print a copy of it out and follow it as you navigate the level. It will save you a lot of headaches.
Go through the door and turn left, then turn right. You will get to a room with a bunch of crates and this grate in the ceiling:
Shoot out the grate and climb up the ladder through it. Walk through the duct work and shoot out the grate on the other side. Drop down. There will be a door on your right, but drop down straight ahead of you instead. Push the button in that room to extend a bridge across the kato (lava-like stuff). Climb the ladder and go out the door.
Go to your left and down the lift. Go through the door and across the bridge you just extended over the kato. Once you go through the next door, you will meet up with Kura. Follow her (and protect her) to the data terminal. When she complains she can't find the disk, drop down and follow the hallway to a door. You will go into another kato-filled room. Go through the door on your left, the right one is locked.
Watch out for troops with a TOW and kato grenades around the first corner! Go up the lift next to where the soldier with the kato grenades was. You will see this computer:
Blow it up. Behind it in a crate is an ultra damage (think: quad damage). Watch out for the solider with a TOW to your left in the next room. Take the lift on your right, then just keep following the hallway and go up the stairs until you get into this room:
The data disk is on the desk in the back. Be careful! Once you pick up the disk, several soldiers sneak up on you from behind. Go out of the room to the left or the right and drop down to the lower level. Follow the hallway to a large open room. Pick off the troops beneath you. Go down the steps, through the doorway, and down the lift. Right ahead of you is the door to the database terminal. You will hear the log update beep when you get near it. Go in the room and upload the data.
Now it's time to fight your way out. Reinforcements have arrived, including an energy grenade-wielding soldier on the other side of the door (hint to get rid of him: kato grenades can fly through doors). Take the lift on your left. Through the window in front of you is the door you came through at the beginning of the level. Go back out it to get to the next level.
