I got all these by downloading and digging through the Shogo source code.
Please note: these cheats only work in the full version, not in the demo. Obviously these cheats will not work in multiplayer. Hit "t" to talk, then type the code in lower case.

mponfoot	MCA: Toggle on-foot mode on/off On foot: Toggle MCA mode on/off
mpvehicle	Set vehicle mode
mpmech	MCA: Change MCAs On foot: Toggle "kid mode" on/off
mppos	Show position on/off
mpkfa	Full ammo, weapons, armor, health
mpmimimi	Full weapons
mpwpos	Position weapon on/off
mpwmpos	Position muzzle on/off
mppm	Movement tweak on/off
mppa	Movement acceleration on/off
mpcamera	Camera adjustment on/off
mplightscale	Light scale adjustment on/off
mpbigguns	Big guns on/off
mptears	Full weapons, infinite ammo
